We are looking for a top notch performance marketing specialist
As a Performance Marketing Specialist with expertise in media buying., you will be a key player in driving successful and high-impact digital marketing campaigns. Leveraging your knowledge of various advertising channels, you will be responsible for optimizing media spend, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering exceptional results for our clients.
Your Day-to-Day responsibilities:
Media Strategy and Planning:
- Develop comprehensive media strategies aligned with client objectives and target audience profiles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate media plans with overall marketing strategies.
Media Buying and Optimization:
- Execute media buys across digital channels, including but not limited to PPC, display, social media, and programmatic advertising.
- Optimize campaigns in real-time to ensure maximum ROI, analyzing performance data and adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Manage media budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation across channels and campaigns.
- Provide recommendations for budget adjustments based on performance insights.
- Utilize audience segmentation and targeting strategies to reach the most relevant and high-converting audiences.
- Stay updated on industry trends and audience behavior to inform targeting strategies.
- Set up and monitor performance tracking tools and analytics platforms.
- Generate regular reports, analyze campaign performance, and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
Ad Creatives and Messaging:
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ad creatives and messaging align with performance goals.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize creative elements for maximum engagement and conversion.
- Proven experience in performance marketing and media buying, preferably within a marketing agency.
- In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are desirable.
