We are looking for a top notch performance marketing specialist

As a Junior Performance Marketing Executive at KOMMUNA MEDIA, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns aimed at driving results for our clients. Working within a dynamic and collaborative team, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of performance marketing while gaining hands-on experience in various digital channels.

Your Day-to-Day responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the planning and execution of performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including social media, search engines, and programmatic advertising, under de guidance of Senior team members.
  2. Aid in analyzing data and metrics to evaluate campaign performance and provide regular reports on achieved results.
  3. Propose, ideate and write effective advertising content that aligns with campaign objectives and resonates with the target audience.
  4. Collaborate with other agency's departments and client to publish monitor and optimize media plans.
  5. Participate in ongoing campaign optimization by making adjustments as necessary to improve performance and maximize return on investment.
  6. Assist in managing advertising budgets and identifying opportunities to optimize efficiency and effectiveness of ad spend.
  7. Stay updated on the latest trends and practices in digital marketing and performance marketing to propose new ideas and approaches.

Your Skills:

  • Interest and passion for digital marketing and online advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
  • Basic knowledge of analytics tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

Desirable Experience / Skills:

  1. Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies.
  2. Certifications or courses in digital marketing or online advertising.
  3. Copywriting skills.
  4. Knowledge of emerging trends in technology and Marketing.
