Role Summary
At KOMMUNA, we’re looking for an analytical and strategic mind that can connect data, strategy, and business impact. The Performance Lead (Senior) is responsible for designing and executing measurable digital strategies across regional and global campaigns. This role requires critical thinking, technical mastery, and the ability to present insights clearly to international executive teams. You will act as the bridge between media, data, and marketing direction, ensuring every investment leads to learning, optimization, and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead multichannel performance strategies (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Display, Programmatic, etc.) aligned with client goals.
- Analyze global campaign data to generate actionable insights, optimize budgets, and scale results.
- Build and maintain executive dashboards in Looker Studio or equivalent tools.
- Translate complex data into clear business stories for international stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, PM, Data) to ensure alignment between strategy, content, and results.
- Develop and document A/B and multivariate testing frameworks and optimization plans.
- Monitor key metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, CAC, LTV, ROAS) and propose evidence-based adjustments.
- Supervise accurate tracking, tagging, and event setup in GA4, GTM, and CRM systems.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports highlighting impact, insights, and growth opportunities.
- Lead client meetings to present results and strategic recommendations in English.
- Mentor junior performance specialists and elevate analytical thinking within the team.

Desired Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or digital media — ideally with international campaigns.
- Professional English proficiency (C1 or higher) for business communication.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio.
- Solid understanding of attribution, data modeling, and ROI/ROAS optimization.
- Proven ability to build, present, and defend data-driven strategies.
- Experience in global or regulated industries (finance, tech, aviation, tourism) preferred.
- Familiarity with automation tools and APIs (Performance Max, Meta Advantage+, BI tools).
- Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
