As a Trainee at KOMMUNA MEDIA, you will join a rotational and cross-functional program where you may collaborate with different areas of the company, including Creative, Marketing, Technology, Operations, and Strategy. This role is designed for someone eager to explore multiple disciplines while actively contributing to real projects.

You will receive mentorship and exposure to diverse teams, helping you identify your strengths and define a long-term career path within the organization.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Support team members across different departments (Marketing, Tech, Operations, etc.).
• Assist in the execution of projects in multiple functional areas.
• Learn and apply internal processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and cross-team initiatives.
• Document activities and report progress to your assigned mentor or supervisor.

Required Skills

• Strong willingness to learn and rotate across different areas.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Basic proficiency with digital tools (Google Workspace, Office, etc.).
• Ability to adapt quickly to new teams and challenges.

Desirable Experience/Skills

• Academic background in business, marketing, design, or related fields.
• Internship, academic projects, or extracurricular experience.
• Interest in technology, marketing, and business environments.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
