At KOMMUNA, we're looking for a strategic and highly organized mind capable of connecting our clients' business goals with actionable campaigns, relevant content, and flawless deliverables.
As a Brand Strategist, you’ll be responsible for turning briefs into clear plans, coordinating internal teams, and ensuring every execution aligns with the brand vision. This role requires both creative thinking and operational precision. You’ll be a key player in ensuring that strategies aren’t just imagined—but implemented with excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the development of brand and communication strategies.
- Translate client objectives into actionable briefs for internal teams (design, content, media).
- Ensure campaigns are executed on time, on point, and in strategic alignment.
- Maintain constant communication and coordination with Project Management.
- Support the creation of strategic presentations and monthly reports.
- Review deliverables before they're presented to the client, ensuring quality and focus.
- Follow up on active campaigns and contribute to improvement proposals.
- Join key client meetings to present strategies and iterate based on feedback.
- Document processes, learnings, and workflows to strengthen internal operations.
Ideal Profile
- You have a strategic mindset and great attention to detail.
- You’re organized, proactive, and enjoy coordinating teams to achieve results.
- You’ve worked in an agency, consultancy, or marketing department with a focus on strategy and execution.
- You can speak the languages of brand, performance, content, and metrics fluently.
- You’re passionate about improving processes, delivering quality, and building brands that connect.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience in agencies or marketing departments.
- Solid understanding of communication strategies and digital marketing.
- Skilled in writing briefs, presentations, and strategic documents.
- Experience with tools like Notion, Google Slides, Looker Studio, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads.
- Ability to analyze key metrics such as CTR, ROAS, engagement, and conversion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in both Spanish and English.
